Is Gregory good or is he someone bad because the truth is I'm very confused about that, I'm almost revealing that he's GGY, can someone please clarify this for me, because I'm confused if he's a hero or a villain

He was likely under Glitchtrap's control, but during Security Breach he was already freed from influence.
Also, welcome! Make sure you read the guidelines and enjoy your time here!
Hero
Neutral, more antihero however.
Yeah, maybe.... no. What vilian stuff has he does (I do NOT include him shattering animatronics)
Hes not exactly a good guy
But so far theirs a major piece of evidence proving ggy isn't Gregory
Ggy Is a girl...
At least if ggy is also Patient 46,
Might believe you. But where does it state that GGY is a girl?
Well, they state how ggy hacked the robots in the pizzaplex , no?
Patient 46 does the exact same thing
1 hacker makes sense to exist in the pizzaplex, vanny
2 hackers is plausible, both vanny and patient 46
But for patient 46 and ggy to not be the same, 3 people would be hacking the security systems in the pizzaplex easily
Which I don't think is very likely
Also patient 46 shares similar traits to ggy.
Therefore making it seem like ggy and 46 are the same
To my knowledge they never confirmed ggy to be a boy.
And it isn't confirmed he was a girl ad well. Plus his name is literally Greg and is described as having ruffled hair
Honestly, I don’t know if it’s enough to say definitively. With characters like William and Henry, it’s easy to say. With Gregory though, he simultaneously performs actions that help himself specifically (tearing apart the animatronics to upgrade Freddy) while also performing acts to help save others as seen in the normal ending of Ruin.
It's morally grey
He's doing it for the greater good
But then again he's also killing a innocent in a attempt to make the mimic stay there, instead of trying to destroy the mimic .
What do you think?
