I managed to find one of Freddy Fazbear's cousins at this place & there's only one question that remains, how the hell did he even end up here in the 1st place?!

I thought his rival murdered him in the 90's & got replaced by the gray rat himself?:

For you uncultured swine out there, this animatronic is Billy Bob from the ShowBiz Pizza chain, which as the OP pointed out, was bought out by Chuck E. Cheese's.
