Simon was unsure whether he should let the mysterious woman, known as Ashley, inside the office or not.
He looked down on the floor, thinking carefully about what he should do.
Meanwhile, Ashley was still outside of the right door, waiting for it to open.
''Hey! Why aren't you letting me inside?! They're getting closer! HURRY UP!!'' The woman shouted as she slammed her right hand on the security door.
''... I... I'm sorry, but... I have a bad feeling about this... Like, something in here isn't right.'' Simon replied.
Ashley was surprised by the man's response.
''Huh?! Are you seriously gonna let them murder me?! What is wrong with you?!'' She yelled back, staring at the broken camera.
Simon remained silent, feeling extremely troubled.
''If only these crappy cameras worked, everything would've been a lot easier... What am I supposed to do? Should I really trust this stranger?'' He thought to himself, sweating a little.
All of a sudden, the woman let out another scream.
''THEY'RE ALMOST HERE!! PLEASE OPEN THE DOOR!! I DON'T WANNA DIE!!'' Ashley shouted, hitting the security door with her fists.
As much as Simon wanted to help the poor woman, he couldn't help but feel afraid of what might happen if he let her inside the office.
''Aren't you listening?! Why are you doing this to me?!'' After saying those words, she began crying.
However, Simon did not reply.
''You're no better than them... YOU ARE A HEARTLESS MONSTER!! MY BLOOD WILL BE ON YOUR HANDS!!'' Ashley yelled as loudly as she could.
The man covered his face, hoping the woman would be okay.
Meanwhile, the power in the building was about to run out.
Power left: 12%
The left and right security doors remained shut, not allowing anyone to reach the office.
''I hope I'm making the right choice...'' Simon said in a low tone.
The power level kept lowering, as time passed.
Suddenly, a bell-chime jingle could be heard playing in the office.
All the animatronics in the building deactivated, and The Mastermind appeared on the tablet's monitor.
''Well... It seems you are still breathing, Mr. Grant. I am quite surprised, honestly... I was not expecting someone like you to make it this far.''
Simon stared at the screen, moving his face closer.
''Wait... Did I actually win? Alright then, what happens now? Aren't I getting money or something like that?' The man replied.
''Sorry to disappoint you, but the only prize you will be receiving tonight, is a few more years to live.''
The Mastermind chuckled.
''C'mon, man... Why you gotta be like that? Hold on... What happened to that woman? Is she alive?'' Simon asked.
The mysterious figure proceeded to press one of the buttons on his desk, not answering the man's question.
Once he did so, the office started getting filled with a strange gas.
Simon began coughing, feeling pretty weak.
''Farewell, Mr. Grant. Perhaps we will meet again in the future... Or perhaps not... If you are lucky enough... We won't...''
Eventually, Simon passed out, lying down on the floor.
When the man woke up, he noticed that he was outside of the building, back to the same spot where the masked individuals knocked him out, before kidnapping him.
