She could be related Vanessa because she does have matching hair color , but then again blond isn't that uncommon in this universe and not to mention if she went to the pizzaplex looking for vannnessa that means Vanessa / vanny didn't escape , but Afton is the type of person to have a backup plan so I doubt she would have been stuck there, unless shes there of her own freewill trapping gregory, which why wouldn't she kill him? There's not much connecting them
And the opposite problem happens if Gregory is her brother , that would mean he does have a family that Is alive and just ran away, and while that isn't a big problem the fact he just for some reason stayed at the pizza piex after he was there with his family seems strange unless vanny lured him back like William did with the other kids in the mci , but then how would the kid know Gregory is stuck at the pizzaplex, and Gregory never mentions a sister at all, while it could just be he's focused , it just seems off , like theirs something strange about the new protag
If we are going with the two options I would say maybe its more likely she's Gregory sister, but overall I don't think she's related to Vanessa or Gregory
