The Afton family was having dinner at their house.
William and Michael were still talking about their theories regarding what happened to Mark and Spring Foxy.
''So... You're saying that... the one responsible for those events, might be one of the animatronics...?'' Evan said in a low tone.
''That's right, but we're still working on it... Right, dad?'' Michael replied while looking at his father.
William remained silent, continuing to eat.
''... Right... Dad?'' The boy repeated as he waited for an answer.
''Uh... Well, we don't know for sure if it was one of my animatronics. It's just a theory, after all...'' The man replied.
Persephone sipped some water from her glass while staring at her husband.
''Anyway! How is my little flower doing today? Have you been a good girl at school?'' The woman asked, smiling at Elizabeth.
''Yes, mommy. I also drew something special for you and daddy!'' The young girl replied in a cheerful tone.
Persephone gasped, pretending to be surprised.
''Aw... You didn't have to, sweetheart. But, it was very kind of you. Come on, let's see what you made.'' The woman said.
After that, Elizabeth got up from her seat and opened her school bag, pulling something out of it.
''Here!'' The young girl shouted as she gave her mother the drawing.
''Let's see what kind of masterpiece our pretty angel created.'' Persephone smiled, staring at the paper.
It was a drawing of Spring Foxy piloting a pirate ship in the clouds, with the rest of the animatronics.
Persephone's smile quickly changed into a frown.
''Wow! It looks amazing, darling. Is this supposed to be Spring Foxy and the rest of the gang?'' William said as he checked the drawing.
''Yes! You said when animatronics pass away, they go to Heaven, like us! So, I wanted to draw something that would make Spring Foxy happy.'' The young girl replied in a happy tone.
After hearing that, the woman glared at her husband.
''... You told her that?'' Persephone said with a bothered expression on her face.
The man nodded.
''What do you think, mommy? Do you like it too?'' Elizabeth asked, staring at her mother.
The woman tried not to offend her daughter.
''... Eh... It looks... good?'' Persephone replied while faking a smile.
The young girl cheered, clapping her hands.
''I'll go put this beautiful drawing in daddy and mommy's room, okay?'' Willam said as he stared at his daughter.
Elizabeth smiled, nodding.
''I will come as well... There is something I have to tell you.'' Persephone said while getting up from her seat.
Michael glared at his mother as she walked away...
William put his daughter's drawing on his bedside table.
''It's beautiful, isn't it? Elizabeth is such a talented girl.'' The man smiled.
''... Yeees... I was expecting her to draw something else, to be honest... Also, why would you tell her that?'' Persephone replied, staring at her husband.
William turned to his wife.
''What are you talking about, Persey?'' The man asked in a confused tone.
''Animatronics go to Heaven? What kind of ridicolous nonsense is that? Don't tell me you actually believe it...'' The woman replied, crossing her arms.
''Oh, come on... Don't be such a drama queen. I only said that to cheer her up, and it worked. But... Who knows? Maybe, robots do go to Heaven.'' William said as he chuckled.
Persephone rolled her eyes...
''By the way... Would you care to tell me more about this plan of yours? You weren't very specific about it, last time at the office.'' The man asked.
The woman pet her husband's right cheek.
''Everything is under control, Willy. All you must do, is make Michael understand that what happened to Foxy was an accident... And his friend's murder, was caused by those two other troublemakers... Alright?'' Persephone replied.
William didn't respond for a few seconds...
''... But... I promised that I would find out the truth...'' The man said in a low tone.
''You already know the truth... Unless you want to tell me that you have lost all faith in your own animatronics.'' The woman replied, smiling.
Mr. Afton remained silent...
After saying that, Persephone walked out of the room.
William wasn't sure about what he was supposed to do anymore...
