In SB, you decommission the glam rocks (excluding Freddy). You even have several missions directing you to do so. But after you upgrade Freddy (focusing on Roxy and Chica upgrade dialogue) he is mad/concerned about how you got these upgrades, and worries for his friends. Which contradicts the missions, and Freddy is assumed to be the ones giving you the missions to get out of the pizza-plex throughout the game. So, why would he get mad after you do what the missions told you to do?
I have two theories:
Freddy is not the person who gives you these missions. It could be Gregory himself putting these missions onto his faz-watch, but the missions direct him to places to get things he would not have known were there, so it can’t be him. So someone else might’ve had access to his faz-watch and given him these missions.
Glam-mike. I don’t agree nor disagree with the Glam-mike theory. But to try and use this to explain it: Michael is possessing Freddy, but not full control (?), but can access your faz-watch and directs you to decommission the others. (This one is unlikely)
