Ring. Ring ring.
"Who is it at this ungodly hour?" he picked up the receiver, "Hello?"
"Hello, Mr. Afton, it's me, Jeremy. Don't remember me? From Fazbear Entertainment? Springlock suits and those stuff? Hello? Mr. Afton?"
"Y-yes, carry on," events that he had kept buried for so long flashed through his mind.
"Yeah, you remember the Funtime models you made for Circus Baby's Pizza World after you were fired? Manager Dale wants you to, um, y'know, if you can, bring them to the HQ?"
"I'll see 'bout that."
"There's payment! And also try to bring the old models from the warehouse if you can," Jeremy reminded William as he hung up.
Fazbear Entertainment. Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. Springlock suits. Missing children. All that he had tried hard to forget for so long has come back to haunt him. Animatronics acting weird. Security guards killed, stuffed in suits, missing. It was me. All these years, it was me; I was the monster. But, now, it has changed. I am weak. I am old. Not them. They’re still young. They don’t age, not anymore. I am alone. Both Evan and Elizabeth lost their lives. They lost their lives to my creations. Clara left me after that.
Transporting five animatronics to New York was easier said than done. And Elizabeth was still there. Out for revenge. And now, they want the other ten animatronics if possible. The robots were haunted; testimony of his past deeds. Horrible past deeds. But, he deserved this.
Michael was the only one I had left. But now, he is after me; he has realized who I am. Or, at least, who I was. I had sent him to get Liz to rest peacefully. It didn’t work. I have to end this. All of them should rest in peace. But, they can’t rest. They are hunting me, or rather, Michael. I can’t let this happen. I must stop them. I must save my last hope. I must start my journey through the path of redemption if I truly want to enter the gates of heaven. I will meet them face to face, and I will earn forgiveness. I hope so, at least. I don’t know if I will return alive. But one thing I know for sure is that I deserve this.
