If Jake was really an Afton, Michael would be his dad and Evan would be an uncle he never knew.
Would I love to see Jake and Michael in a familial relationship? Fuck yeah! They my boys!
Do I think they're biologically related? No. There's a family in Fetch with a son named Jake McNally, who I think is much more likely to be Jake.
Personally, I have the headcanon that Jake and Michael have an adoptive family relationship, but that isn't canon so...
