He ran through the town. What was this?

He woke up with this circle burned into my arm.

The fact that his dad had a pistol also concerned him.

He ran like he hadn’t run in his life. Fear coursed through his veins.

He heard a gong. What was that? Did that release something? What did it release?

“Charlie!” he heard his sister’s voice.”Charlie, me and Cassidy are going to team up.”

“Want in?” Cassidy asked.

He peeked over the rock he hid behind. Charlie, Cassidy and Elizabeth were talking nearby.

“Oh hell yeah!” Charlie was excited. And they all had guns.

Why does everyone have a gun today? He thought

“RUN!” He looked over. Oswald, Sarah and Millie were running out in the open. Oh, they were dead.

The girls chased after them. Michael ducked back behind the rock and heard gunfire.

Michael tucked his limbs into chest. He wanted to go home. He wanted to close his eyes and wake up in his bed.
