Mrs Afton did die in a car crash. We see her grave in the Midnight Motorist (the second secret entry). She died in a car crash she and Afton both got into. But while Afton survived she was killed. However Afton was scarred after the car crash which is what made him Purple Guy (no logic here, lol). If you invert Vanessa she looks almost like Purple Girl. Although this is most likely a coincidence.

I think that security guard girl is probably sibling to William afton and sister in law of Mrs afton and aunt of Elizabeth and Chris and Michael which on William side of the family is probably a long line of killers
