Obviously it's "another one". I'm asking which one?

Another Mangle head. The pizzerias are known to have multiple suits and endoskeleton parts for the same animatronics. Some kids or employees just took another endoskelton head that might be a spare for Mangle that wasn't being used and gave it to Mangle.

Kind of a stretch in my opinion.

Neither do I, since they obviously didn't care about her. (her meaning the main head) The staff were blatantly annoyed about fixing her every shift, and the kids constantly tore her apart. I can see them adding spare parts in to slow down the waves of destructive children, though. O_o

It's kind of dumb that kids can tear apart a metal endo of all things but I don't expect any real sense of logic in this series at this point.

They probably don't rip it apart. The way I see it is that maybe the endoskeleton has like joints or something that are easy to pull apart so the kids moreso disassemble them.
